In our lives there are many stressors which cause many different types of stresses in our bodies. Some of the different types of stressors are listed here, but this in no means an exhaustive list. Stresses come from the environment, such as the toxins in the food, Water and air we breath. There are also radio and TV waves that pass through us all the time and can cause stress from the repeated exposure to them. There is stress in our family, society and relationships we have. There is also stress from viruses, bacteria, parasites, etc. Also one of the highest causes of stress comes from our Emotions, behaviors and thoughts and how we use them when we interact in our relationships. The list is almost endless and could go on and on. In our world in which we live, it is impossible to get rid of every cause of stress, but there are ways to identify and rid yourself of the majority of them.

The first step in this is to make you consciously aware of what stressors and stresses you have or are susceptible to. That is where biofeedback can be an incredibly helpful tool on your path to de-stress yourself in this frantic world in which we all live.

Biofeedback is a system in which you have straps attached to your head and limbs. This is a non-invasive system in which you will not feel the testing that the system does on you. The frequencies of more than 9,000 compounds will be sent to you and the resistance, or electro-potential, in your body, to these compounds, will be sent back and measured and further calculated in the system. This is a closed cybernetic loop between you and the system. This initial testing is done in around 3 minutes. The system will process more than 60 million bits of information per second which was gathered from you, and then it will start to cross reference this data against the database of normal responses for each compound. From this, the system will show you the amount of risk and stress you have for these items. The system is then able to balance some of these stresses from the items that have been identified. It will also offer suggestions about what you can do to balance your body, Mind and emotions and eliminate that stress from your life.

The system is able to work because human bodies are electrical. This is why the following machines are able to work: EEG (Electroencephalography - measures electrical activity produced by the brain), ECG or EKG (Electrocardiogram - records the electrical activity of the heart over time) and MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging - uses a powerful magnetic field to resonate with the magnetic field around the Atoms in the body and creates an image from it). They would not be able to work if we were not electrical. Since we are electrical, then you can be measured by the same means that other electrical devices are. The machine does its magic by measuring voltage, amperage, resistance, resonance, hydration, oxidation, electron pressure and proton pressure, to name a few. Then with all this measured for each compound, such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids, allergens, toxins, etc, the system is able to get an overall snapshot of all the different stresses and possible deficiencies you have in your body. Then with all this information and calculations in hand, the system is able to use its plethora of natural Holistic methods to work on the stresses it detected.
