Frequency Awareness provides internet training for beginner, intermediate and advanced topics in esoteric, spiritual Psychology, Spiritual Healing, Energy healing, ascension and true Self realization.  Chakra 101 is a beginners level group internet training as is Why is my life this way? Beginner Training is offered for the Higher Self Connection Technique.  The technique itself is very easy, it is the reading of the subtle energies that is the skill to be developed. This two session training is more of practice of the technique and gaining a confidence level that what is Being sensed is correct.Intermediate training on How to Use Programmed Crystals.  This training is a deeper application of removing imprints, ids, beliefs, thoughtforms and Programming blocking spiritual Evolution and true self realization.  This training is very empowering as the client will have the knowledge of "what to go after" in their Subconscious programming.
