Everything in the universe has a natural rhythm. This is a result of the movement of electrons and protons of every atom of every molecule of every substance. Vibration exists in objects, animals, people and the atmosphere. The vibrational frequencies of animate life are more active, vibrant and variant than inanimate matters. Rhythm can be expressed as cycles per second or Hertz (Hz). When two frequencies are placed together, it is natural for them to begin finding a common ground and synchronizing with each other. This is called the "frequency-following response." For example, if you place two grandfather clocks (the kind with the long pendulum) next to each other and start their pendulums swinging, their movements will be out of sync with each other. Return in a week and you'll find the pendulums have started swinging together in near perfect synchronization. This is an example of a natural phenomenon called Entrainment.
Sound (the word) is the original creational tone. Everything is made up of energy at various frequencies. All things in nature vibrate to sound, light and color. Sound frequencies affect everything about us. The correct vibrational frequencies can be used to heal and balance our bodies.
All organs, tissues and systems of our body have similar vibrating atoms. When allergens or contaminated foods enter our body, it alters normal vibrational patterns of the body or system. When we have an unbalanced emotional or mental attitude, a misalignment of the subtle bodies with the physical body can occur. When this happens, the body needs help to restore itself to its original vibration. When you focus sound vibration to a problem area, balance to that area can be temporarily restored. When there is balance, the body is more effective in eliminating toxins and negativities.
