Hello Nicole,

The first thing I experience in my Karma Removal Session was the wave I got real light-headed,dizzy afterwards. The I felt pressure in the chest area and by the end of the hour I felt lighter and free. I kept focusing on I AM FREE thruout the hour. I felt surges of energy coming from my feet to my head and back down again.And again that fever that comes about with my sessions.It was with me on and off thru the day and still on and off now.I am sure it will go away eventually,part of the process right?I felt tired and sad thru the whole day at the same time happy with what took place-the removal of what didnt serve my higher purpose.The day after the session I was depressed and crying on and off thru the day.But I also felt the angels comforting me (I am intuned with the Angelic Realm and I was born a Indigo child but 2 yrs ago I made the transition to Crystal kid.I have the Archangels and Ascended Masters around me and was guided to come to you for the removals.)By the night I felt more at peace and was ok. The second day I felt ok but the fever came and went and drank lots of water and ate lightly.I am more tranquil and able to go into a deeper meditative state-yay! The third day I was good.I can sleep better now and I feel with more freedom and light. Overall, I feel different.I noticed that some things don't interest me as before.And I know that with the course of time I will move away from things that I feel that dont serve my higher good.As a lightworker,I live,eat breath love and light.And you have helped me get rid of what was blocking me on my path.For that I will be ever grateful to you for assistance. As for what I will request next is the dna activation in the very near future.I know I have some strands activated but I would love to activate all of them to be at my full potential.Again thank you for your time and assistance.

Wednesday

More of a mood change than a physical change-seeing things more positively-like some of the clouds had been lifted


Thursday

1) slight headache which was tolerable

2) while walking encountered a brief unusual sensation-not quite dizziness but similar-the when it stopped there was a slight buzzing sound in my right ear---especially noteworthy because all past buzzing sounds have been in left ear.


Friday

This is going to seem unusual--- I had a vision of myself (as an Ascended Master) strategically positioned along the Earth's grid along with other Ascended Masters also positioned around the world along the Earth's grid helping the Planet Earth to ascend into the 5th dimension in what I believe was Dec. 2012.

I′m not sure what all of this means. I didn′t really feel any pain during the session. Before I ever heard of the J-seals (before I found your web site), I had experienced a pressure sensation (light pain) on the left side of my head. I thought why is my crown chakra off center (I had felt my crown chakra before and knew what it felt like) and then I thought well maybe I have a brain tumor or something; until I read about the J-seals on your website I had no idea what it was.


Don′t know what the green light indicates, but green was my favorite color as a child.


During a cranial-sacral session, I experienced a rumbling movement in my chest area that lasted for about 5 minutes or so - I don′t know what this was unless it was a release of energy. I also have a tendency to hold my breath and I have a hard time relaxing in the presence ofothers, although I can become very relaxed when I am alone. I also experienced my birth during a cranial sacral session in which I believe that I died shortly after birth and had an extremely heavy weight on my chest making it very difficult to breathe.


This is what I experienced during the session (not necessarily in this order).


- 5 minutes before the session start time, I experienced butterflies in my stomach, vibrations


- my higher self responded to your request for permission to begin the session, "yes, I definitely want to experience this procedure."


- I felt sensations in the following areas: bottom of left foot, left side of left calf, left side of lower abdominal area and back,


- fell into a deep sleep for 2 hours after the session ended; strange dreams that I forgot shortly after waking up; even the three little dogs were in a deep sleep.


- vision in my third eye; began as black fences on white snow and then morphed into Stonehenge; very brief, but very clear and distinct


- experienced a chill throughout my body, followed by warmth and tingling sensation in my hands


- growling noise/vibration between my feet; this occurred toward the end of the session


- extremely thirsty


Day 2 December 7, 2008:


- extremely thirsty


- strange dreams throughout the night, but unable to remember them


- when I first laid down to go to sleep last night, chills were running throughout my body


- kept waking up, afraid of the unknown; strong desire to see other dimensions, but fear of what I might see


- tight "ball" in my abdominal area and in my back

thanks for the karmic clearing.


I didn′t take notes but I'll try to recall some of the things from the session.


I felt like being more directive, so I was consciously involved in attempting to assist. I don′t know if that was productive or if it got in the way, but I don′t feel that it was detrimental; I am interested in knowing if you percieved this, or had an opinion on whether or not it was beneficial.


I was directing towards healing things from past lives; I am curious to know if you percieved that. I also focused on healing some relationships.


There was one strong sensation around my left eye at the very beginning, felt almost like a jolt or a prick. Throughout the rest of the clearing, the sensations were stronger than they have been in the past, and were less generalized around chakra points. There were flashes of light, and something like an explosion at one point.


I took a couple of breaks and intended at times to be passive and allow things to go in my greatest good for healing. But then I regained the desire to be more participative, so this became a cycle.


I′m interested in the ascension sessions now. Do I schedule them as DNA activations and specify them as ascension sessions?

My feedback from the Karma Removal session. I did feel the sensations shortly after 9PM. They did not last too long. The funny thing is the next day I felt some of the insecurities that I had as a child that I thought I had gotten rid of. After that it felt like a cloud had been lifted. I was not seeing anything from a negative viewpoint. Stress/anxiety was gone relating to work and other things. I look forward to the next session.

This was a wonderful experience for me. I am so happy that I found your website and that you can conduct these sessions long distance. (Edgar Cayce could also conduct healings long distance.) Anyway, I definitely will continue with these sessions.

I am feeling physically exhausted and thirsty, but emotionally light and happy. I am in the process of sorting and throwing away old stuff - I have a hard time letting go of anything I no longer use.

I love your feedback and look forward to hearing what you have to say about the session.

This is what I jotted down right after the session:

- anxious before the session; am I gonna do this right: will I feel anything?

- crown chakra - felt like water flowing outwards or like someone was brushing my hair which was gently pulling on the roots (with the crown chakra representing the roots)

- felt pressure on my right temple area at the beginning and toward the end of the session

- felt pressure on the bottom of my right foot at the end of the session

- pressure on right ovary and intestines (shortly after the session)

- very thirsty

- felt the waves of vibrational energy that you mentioned in your e-mail

- my little dog, Fubu, made little moaning noises at the end of the session; he slept peacefully throughout the session

My feedback from the Parental/Ancestral Karma Removal session. I definately felt something hit me strongly almost exactly at 9PM. Sensations tapered off but remained for about 10 minutes. I did feel lighter today.


Codependency is not a problem, but emotional trauma is. Although I have not been able to verify it I have been told I have spent multiple lifetimes as a member of Templar Knights, including one or more lifetimes in the governance of the Knights. I pro bably will schedule the emotional trauma session after the holidays.

What I have noticed most since the Emotional Trauma Karma Removal session is that I am more aware of my dreams. In each of the last three nights I am been aware of my dreams. Very rarely am I aware of my dreams. Also the light energy that I bring in is much stronger and clearer. I may decide to the codependency session.

This session was harder for me. I didn′t feel as in tune or relaxed as I usually do and I didn′ feel as many bodily sensations, although I did feel some. Actually, I felt very sad after the session, but I attributed this to other things going on in my life.


You are absolutely right, I am very co-dependent, especially with my husband, my daughter, and my father. I try to please people or buy them things so that they will love me. I was aware of this even before the session.


I am probably the biggest rescuer in the family - I have also been working on this for some time.


Yes, I will definitely follow-up with one of the other karam removal sessions, probably the parental/ancestral one next.


As always, I am very thankful that I found your web site. This is a great experience for me and is helping to facilitate an expanded awareness for me.

Hi Nicole,

Just sending you my feedback on the auric clearing session.The saturday Dec.20,08:I did feel the waves you spoke of.I felt lightheaded and a heavy pressure on the body and I figured it was whatever that was attached to me.I felt surges on energy go thru the body during that hour and kept saying over and over I am free now.I saw flashs of colors of light during the session.By the end of the hour I felt light and free.I was in such a good mood after that. The rest of the day I felt like I was floating on air lol and a little tired but overall good.

The next day sunday,I felt good all day.I craved sweet and salty things.Drank a lot of water and ate lightly thru the day.I slept good that night.Monday was the same I felt good and light.I continued to see flashes of lights here and there thru out the day.I feel like I woke up from a deep slumber if that makes sense?Anyways I wish to thank you for your time and assistance on this clearing.Wishing you all the best this holiday and in the coming new yr.In love and light .................

Hi Nicole,

Here is my feedback on the session from the removal of the seals on friday.I experienced tingling up and down the body during the session ,numbing of the hands then it would stop,felt pressure and a pull on the top of the head,heaviness on the chest then it went away.It was 11am your time but my time it was 8 am when the session took place but by 9 am my time, I felt a little tired so I took a nap then got up and proceeded with my day.I felt energized thru the day and I slept thru the night very good.Second day,overallI was feeling good.The pain in my neck was gone and I felt fever come and go but nothing that was keeping me from doing what I had to do.Drank water thru out the day and craved salty things.Third day,I had fevers thru out the day but nothing big of a deal.I felt energized and overall good.Continue to drink water thru out the day. Nicole LaVoie has a gift for healing and helping people to feel confident in their body′s healing ability. My son and I contracted lyme disease in the summer and experienced several different symptoms including achy joints, fatigue, brain fog, immune challenges and even a vocal cord issue. Hi, Nicole! The Tesla Purple Energy Plates I took along when Paul and I traveled to Guatemala. The night before we left for the trip, Paul had ingested some seafood that was apparently not of the best quality and I gave him the small plate which seemed to soothe his symptoms. I find myself indifferent to the plates, as far as sleeping with them or carrying one in a pocket. What I like them for is my art studio. I put my artist wax crayons I like to use on the large plate, and I keep the small plate in a public space in our house.

I love the Chakra Balancing CD - Thank you. The first day I remember I slept really good! I feel more grounded. Since I have been listening to the CD, I notice that I don't let the small stuff bother me anymore. Then it just seems to work out on it's own. The first day I played it - one of my two cats went crazy running around the house. When certain tones came on, he would run away. Now he is used to it. But, he is the cat that doesn't let you touch him for long periods of time. Now, he comes up to me and brushes on me! He is alot more lovable! So, I am very happy I ordered the CD. It has seemed to helped my daughter too. The first day or two of playing the CD she seemed way over emotional for no reason. Then she was great. She is creative already but now she is always coloring something, cutting and glueing stuff. Making things for her friends... She′s 6 years old.

Karmic ancestral notes and co-dep remark


June 3, 2008 Nicole, last night I received an amazingly powerful transmission through the crown of my head. It was strong and efficient and loving and at one point a sound locked into my head and hummed away with force for quite a while and then was unlocked. This is my second "note" vibration to come my way. The karmic work we did I know opened me for this transmission. You had commented on there being a lot of activity in my abdomen. Well, after the last-night transmission concluded, the force and power in the energy that radiated from my abdomen was something I could not miss out on this time. (I know enough vague history of my mother's side of the family . . . that karmic imprints in the second chakra would not surprise me.) Today my heart energy is not putting out so many feelers as it did so pleasantly yesterday but I can feel energy around me as something smooth and airy, a definite change. Ongoing karmic work is something I need to do. Meanwhile, as thoughts arise about other people I accept the thought and then free it, letting it go from me. There are certain people my unpleasant thoughts are tied into and I want to deprogram the thoughts from my brain as well as be immune to those people so that all my actions and thoughts are neutral.


The left side of my body feels more airy than my right side. And I seem to feel the energy moving through my body with more power on that side as well.

Last night another intense transmission-this time it felt as if incisions had been made around the outline of my ears and the energy beamed into my head through the incisions. Interesting. This energy felt very different from the night before-ruthless in getting the job done. It is morning and already thoughts of a couple of persons I wish to be neutral towards have popped into my mind. They called on the telephone yesterday!

Thank you for helping me continue on my spiritual evolution. Just had the parents karma removed. I feel like there are no limitations in my life now. My parents did have a limited life. I do not feel like I do any more. I feel like I know where I am headed in life now. During this session I kept saying I am free now during the entire session. I feel like I did release alot. These purple plates are simply amazing and the reaction I have seen from the people I give them to is astounding. Here are some stories: I sent one to my dearest friend in Texas, as she opened the package, her 25 year old daughter picked up the purple plate and said Mom, I need this- my friend said but you don't even know what it is or what it does. Her daughter said I don't care; it makes me feel really good. I showed them to my husband, who is not into these kind of items and he put it in his pocket to "try it". The next day, I asked for it back (to send to a friend) and he looked and me and said can't I keep it? Of course I gave it to him and it has been in his wallet ever since. Finally, I gave one to a family member in the hospital and he was immediately struck at how much better he felt. He kept it with him for the entire stay and is still using it to raise his energy. I expect I will be buying more soon- every time I buy some I think of more people who need them. Thank you so much for introducing the world to this fabulous product.

Hi Nicole, I have been doing very well. Since I started the sessions with you I have experienced more confidence and gratitude in both my personal and professional life. In the past I've always had trouble with making decisions, so much so that often it was easier to make no decision at all and my life and circumstances just seemed to pile up. I've been carrying alot of baggage and needed to let go. It seems easier to make even tough decisions, and not based on what everybody else thinks but what I think! I just seem to be making all the right decisions, especially in my work life. By the way I did get that new job I told you of and start on Monday. I've got a ways to go with my personal life but I feel like I'm on the a good path now. I'm excited that I've finally made a connection to my spiritual self. I believe it is possible to heal myself. I continue to do the Work on the Katie Byron book.

It's been about a week since the J-seal removal and it seems to have gotten better. My body is so used to a flight or fright response that certain areas still give me a little trouble. Hey Nicole!


I just got back from New York today, it was a nice weekend. Thanks for the session Thursday night, I have to say that a feeling of balance and clam has been more present in me and not just because I got away for the weekend. Traveling with the kids can be stressful but when things got hairy I was able to stay calm and not get angry, stern but not angry - a big difference between the two for sure. It was funny that night because being the night before going away I am usually uppity trying to get ready but instead I had the session and had a relaxed night, I am glad I did that then. One thing I have noticed is that I have felt the need for a mid day nap, usually within the first week of having the session, sometimes I am able to do it and sometimes not but it is a strong feeling that is hard to ignore. I have never been one to nap usually either. On another note I have pretty much broken free of coffee. I still have a cup of decaf now and then or tea - herbal or black, but I feel the caffeine from tea is different and I know the body assimilates it differently so I hope that is ok.


Thanks for reminding me to journal, I will bring a pad and pen to bed with me so I can write, even in the dark, just so I remember things better.

Happy Monday, Nicole!


Here is my feedback from my Seal Removal Session on 2/18/08 at 10pm. Per your instructions I did the Eckasha Maharic Seal just before the session; but before my session I decided to look up a 'picture' of the Eckasha on the internet so I would know what to visualize. Immediately upon seeing the Eckasha I was overwhelmed! I felt that it was extremely important to me even though I had never seen it before and I almost started crying. At first I felt very anxious and it was difficult for me to calm down but I felt your energy immediately once you began the session and I was instantly calm. Most noticeably at the very beginning of the session I had almost uncontrollable itches on the underside of my left wrist; then left side of my left calf. It lasted 5 minutes or so and then disappeared. I definitely felt a magnetic 'pull' about 10-20 minutes into the session. It was as if my body were being pushed down on the bed. This was not a scary feeling but a pleasant, very relaxing feeling. I felt the 'pull' most strongly in my legs, feet, and torso. My body felt heavy and almost numb. About half way through the session I felt some tingling on the back of my left arm and bicep. The most amazing part of the session was the 'visuals' I had. Even though I had my eyes closed and it was pitch black I could see what I describe as 'waves' of light energy moving across my field of vision (but this was with eyes closed). The 'waves' were not really colors or objects but more like waves of energy washing over my eyes. This lasted the entire session. I feel lightly asleep with about 25 minutes left. I awoke abruptly 10 minutes after the end of the session and I no longer felt the magnetic pull. I felt very calm but out of it. Immediately after arising I felt great and felt the need to get things done around the house. I have felt wonderful this entire week since the session. I generally am plagued by headaches and exhaustion everyday but since the session I have generally felt wonderful and full of energy. It was a wonderful experience and I can't thank you enough, Nicole! Tonight is my Auric clearing and I can't wait! With much love and gratitude,

I wasn't sure if you wanted a feedback from the karmic clearing as you did the auric clearing, so I compiled one anyway:


12:03 awareness of my forehead (not TEP, more like the temples, a slight pressure, like the beginning of a headache, but not especially painful.


12:11 awareness of my throat area


12:14 awareness around my tailbone area awareness around heart for a while


12:20 awareness returns to head/temples


12:23 awareness around heart again


12:32 a sharp feeling behind my right eye, slighly painful; this was the most profound sensation, and unlike all of the others. What caused it?


Day 2: I've already begun experiencing the benefits of this. I found myself in a mood to start 'forgiving people' in my life who had wronged me. Like, big, life-time wrongs. I felt similar feelings of 'fluttering/throbbing' or 'pressure pushing outwards' in the heart area to the 'heart chakra releases' I experienced during the auric clearing. I have to say, the effects of the karmic clearing were much more subtle at the time of the clearing, but the benefits seem more profound. Thank you! What sort of methods did you train to develop this ability? Thanks for the information and the clearing.

yes, you may use the email. also, in the past few days, things have been coming hard and fast. lots of really amazing realizations, and also, while I was sleeping, I had an experience of following a bright light and a high-frequency sound like a jet-engine. I then began 'surrendering' and 'forgiving' myself. I realized that I had done this several times during my childhood and infancy, but had forgotten about the experience each time. Once, this happened during a dream, in which I started off seeing a 'door' in space, which I went through, and discovered the 'secret of the universe.' although I remembered that I had the dream and that it was rediculously significant, I could never remember what the secret was, until the past few days. if this is what a karmic clearing does, I can't wait for the DNA activations. wow.

I am reporting back from my Karmic Session. Feeling much better about life now after finding your website. I feel I am beginning to understanding people now and I seem to get along better with people even complete strangers. Maybe I am able to express myself more.

I decided to connect with you after one of the Chamber meeting where you had a signup sheet and info on the energy work that you offered. I was feeling a real need to do something to try and re- connect with myself. After having 2 children close in age and trying to re-build a business and take care of domestic duties, I was feeling very over stretched and not myself. After have all three sessions, the J-Seal removal, Auric Clearing and Karma Removal I started to notice a shift inside and I was getting back in touch with my intuitive side. I also really enjoyed having the Soul Notes done as it is a very grounding experience and I can use it anytime, anywhere. It is like resetting a clock or rebooting a computer.


Being a massage therapist I have noticed a big increase in my intuition during a treatment. I have noticed that my third eye tingles when I am in a restricted area and the more of a problem area it is the more intense the sensation. I have always been able to sense these areas, as any therapist should, however, with this added information it enhances my work further.

Sorry for my feed back delay on our Karma session last month. Here what I experienced: The day we had the session in the morning in the afternoon I had a very warm feeling going through my body starting in the heart area.The following morning the same happening twice within two hours. The sensation was tremendously over whelming. I felt that I am loved. It lasted about approx 10 -20 minutes each time.About three days later I made the discovery that in general I was a lot more calm during the day and happiness surfaced in big waves.On the 10th day clarity surfaced that things are taken care off. Anxiety moments I had during almost every day disappear.My new partner starting to look for a house to move in together and we find it after only 1 hour looking for it. My calmness became reassuring and my relationship hit new wonderful levels of understanding, kindness and love for each other.It seems that almost nothing is bothering me anymore. I am not saying that I am "healed". What I am trying to say is that the session with you cleared the way tremendously and I am looking forward to do some additional work with you. Hey Nicole,


My seal removal session was with you on 7/4/07. Every since then I have really felt great. At first it took some time for the effects to trickle down and for me to know that they were really gone, but after about a day I was certain that I was free of the seals. I feel as if I am accreting more and more light into my energy field everyday. It is very enjoyable, and my body always seems to know exactly what to eat or drink in order to assist the process. I am able to embody and integrate more light that was in my field but the seals were blocking me from absorbing into my being. Also, I can feel myself becoming more socially and financially abundant. Already, I have attracted new opportunities with new people since the session. So, thank you once again and I cannot wait for the aura clearing.

Hi Nicole,


I wanted to thank you for my mom's J seal removal, I think it was about a week ago. Since about 2002, she's been having pain/weird sensations on the left side of her body. Exactly where a lot of the J-seals are located. She had all types of medical checkups many many times, but no doctor or diagnostic tests could figure out what was wrong. One doctor told her that all he knows is that it's not fatal, so she's just going to have to live with the pain for the rest of her life, whatever it is. We all just guessed it's some problems with the nerves or something microscopic. And then when I learned about the J-seals, I knew that that's probably why my mom was having those problems. I know it's only been a week, but she told me that since the day of the removal, she has had no pain in the places she usually has whatsoever. And she's been having pain in those places everyday for about 5 years. So this is a huge thing. Thank you so much Nicole. Hi Nicole,


First I want to thank you for introducing me to and sharing with me all your knowledge about energy frequency and the wonderful ability we all have to truly "chart our own course" in life.


Here is my feedback as promised. First I started wearing the Q-link pendant. I wear it all the time and I feel more balanced and grounded. Shortly after that we did the Auric and Karma clearing sessions. With each session I felt more and more calm, relaxed and could eventually feel a little tingle of the energy in me coming to the surface. During the sessions we did remotely I laid on my bed with my arms on my stomach. I knew our higher selves were connected when I felt the sensation of heaviness come over me, as if I were held to the bed by a gravitational pull or something. I felt what I would call tingling feeling in different parts of my body, mainly my hands and back of my left thigh. At different times in one session I had a tightness in my second and fourth chakras and then a release. I saw what looked to me to be black shadows floating up and away. It just so happened that after that karmic session you said you were working on releasing me of Ids, this is what I believe I was seeing. Overall, I feel like a much happier and more balanced person. I don't get aggravated as quickly or easily as I used to. I find I've been drinking a lot more water and don't really want to drink anything else. I just want to learn more and keep expanding my knowledge and integrating the "new me" into my life.

I could feel the energy moving immediately. It felt wonderful. I had the sensation of something being unwound and removed from me, especially in the throat area, third eye and general third chakra area. This energy moved to these places at different times but as it focused on each area there was a sense of release as "something" disconnected and was removed. Immediately after that I felt a sense of lightness in that area overall. The treatment was excellent, refreshing and invigorating. When it ended I feel lighter, freer as if something dense that was covering me was removed. My energy was high and vibrant.

Hi Nicole,


I just wanted to thank you for offering the J Seal removal because I know it has started me on a journey that I am meant to be on...


When the session started I could feel it instantly. I was laying down with my hands at my sides and they almost began to feel like there was a "magnetic" sensation holding my hands down to the bed. It was an odd combination because my body almost felt like I was floating...yet it felt like I was being physcially held down at the same time (if that makes any sense!!). When I lay down like that to meditate I always fall asleep or get constant mind chatter (one of the reasons I haven't mastered meditation)....yet within this session my body was feeling awake and energetic with a clear mind even though I was laying very still with my eyes closed. I did not move or have the urge to move one muscle through the first 40 minutes. However, at about 40 minutes into it I felt the urge to sit up and lay on my stomach...so I opened my eyes (saw the time) and did so. After about 5 or 10 minutes on my stomach I did fall into a light sleep and then awoke with the feeling that the session was over because I no longer was feeling that magnetic pull.


As far as where I felt the sensations...it was for the most part in my head area that I would feel pressure...sometimes like a vacuum feeling and other times like a tingling feeling. I also felt things in my left lung/chest area...almost felt like "bubbles"...that was really weird!! I never felt anything like that before. The rest of my body just feel very relaxed...almost numb.


After the session I felt energized and hungry so I went to have some lunch. I think it was too soon to eat anything because I immediately felt sick and had to vomit what I had just eaten...and it was only a small lunch.


As I had mentioned in an earlier email...the two days following the session I wasn't sure how I felt. At times I felt like I was a little shaky and spacey...sometimes over sensitive and emotional...and other times feeling very happy. Needless to say I was having mood swings! By Thursday though this subsided and I received the guidance from my higher self one of the most important things I needed answered. It was not one of the A.) B.) or C.) answers I had expected though! But the answer completely made sense. I knew it was my own truth and something I needed to do for my own soul happiness living a life with no regrets. Once I accepted this and decided to live by it I felt a "shift" in the way I looked at my life in general, myself, my husband and most importantly my children.


The only thing I haven't experienced yet (which I hope will come with further sessions) is to deepen my psychic abilities and energy awareness. There is so much I would like to do with this gift if only I could open it and master it. So...hopefully in the future this will come!

J-Seal removal remote session with Nicole Lavoie - 11:00am sat in recliner in Sacred Space with eyes closed & no music - felt the connection numerous times - knew when began & ended - chills & vibration thru body like when I get confirmation that what I say or do is OK or when I do deep meditation or sense connect to a guide or the Universe - had to keep pulling myself back as I felt as though I was going to go somewhere else & didn't want to miss the session - got the sense that my Goddess guide (ME) was standing beside Nicole on her left side with her hand on the back of her chair - chair seemed to be a high back with padded arms - got the feeling that it was an older type piece of furniture (Louie the something) - several times felt as though I was going through an aftershock of an earth quake as the floor seemed to vibrate, but I didn't - felt a lot on left side of head at first - left side of body a few times - ended at 11:55 - good energy the rest of the day

Hello Nicole,


Thank you, I did have some interesting sensations, the most intense being a spasm in my back (not painful at all), which happened right after I sneezed. It was on my left side around the area of my latissimus dorsi and almost felt as if someone was knocking on my back. I also felt a strong sensation in the back of my left knee and to a lesser extent in the back of my left thigh and butt. I also had heaviness along my left cheek bone and into my ear. I had sensations in my head from the top to the base of the skull, , more left than right. My right arm was also heavy. I feel asleep toward to very end which surprised me because I was not tired, I was a little wound up at that time. I woke with a start 10 minutes ago and I am a little off balance at the moment.

I wanted to give you the rest of my feedback from my session with you. I know I told you about the experience after you e-mailed me. The interesting thing that has happened is that I am clear and sharp again, I have been living in an unfocused fog since Christmas and it has been hard to shake. Also, I do not know if it is related but my kids have both come down with a bad cold and I have only had minor symptoms from it whereas I would usually be hit hard by it. Before having kids I was rarely sick but since I do not get enough sleep it has beat me down a little. Also, just before falling asleep 4 nights ago my 3rd eye activated. I do not know if that is an accurate description but that is what it felt like to me and the sensation lasted for 10 minutes or so. My chronic pain areas are also much less painful all of a sudden. Still there but better, more muted.
