I have spent so many years obssessive about my energy field, transcending karma and having my DNA activated and focused on ascension in consciousness.  Emphatic that I was not reincarnating that this incarnation was it for me.  I had bought into the drama of the earth, the fallens and the agendas of various kinds going on behind the scenes while TRYING to cancell clear it from my mind and live a disciplined life free from judgment, being more accepting, trusting and open. 

I soaked up what ever energy training was being offered from my then human teacher and bought into the message spread forth about how important it is for indigos to wake up and so on.  There were times over the years that I would scream at the universe, my golden self, and the masters as well as the ONE in deep frustration and sorrow.  I even seriously planned on leaving this earth ahead of my time due to the stress of it all because I believed I was not accelerating fast enough, that I was not good enough and when I came up with ideas for training or sessions, someone else was already doing it.  I desired to be the very best and offer something that was different and unique than anyone else on the planet in a sincere effort to be of service. 

Then came the battle with the transcending of the ego and the conflicting stories surrounding this topic.  Some were yes, transcend and others would be like who cares it is you and get over it!  So confusing, frustrating and maddening was the various versions of stories.  They were similiar in content but using diffferent words, concepts or even codes to help during this transcendental time.  Through all the activations, clearings, reading and practice I knew the answer was so close that I could taste it.  It seemed like the answer was always just out of reach and at this time I had gone through so much drama, that I had learned to shrug this off.  I cared deep inside and it hurt to take an active caring on the outside.  I had learned not to hang on words and view points of others around me.  When clients would send so called messages from my team, I blew that off too as many times the messages were way off and were really from the clients personality. This was a blessing too because I no longer hung on the words of the ascended ones.  I had tried in the past to renounce their existence however, I knew that was not true and they were pretty clear about making sure I knew it too!

As of a week ago, I got very clear for the first time since I woke up in 2003 to this path.  I was introduced to my ascended mentor and through a rather interesting dialogue that included me mostly blowing off the conversation, I got the AHAA of the missing piece of truth for me.

Those of us who have chosen the spiritual path, find it is littered with good intentions which can get lost in the battle of everyday life!

To be sincere is to make your actions, words and thoughts agree. We energetic help this along with the Quantum Energy Clearings. To be sincere is to follow through on your intentions, and to do what you say you are going to do. 1) The search for truth leads one to question and to reflect upon the meaning of life: Who am I? Why was I born? Where did I come from? What happens to me after I die? The search for answers to such questions will lead you to read and study great wisdom literature and sacred texts. But reading is only a beginning, and it will not change your human tendencies. It may point you to the next stage in various disciplines.

2) The formulation of intention is an expression of your will to find, to realize, to know. It is born from a recognition that you are n longer willing to go on without knowing the truth of things, without knowing unconditional love. It may also be born of recognition that you are in a kind of prison as long as you do not transcend the ego's identities. It is born of an aspiration, a call of the soul to become one with That! As a result you make a commitment to a path, a religion, a spiritual discipline, or to God himself. It is a promise, which must come from your heart. It may be expressed in formal ceremony or in a personal moment of reflection and decision.

I received an email inquiry from someone who asked me if I performed Golden DNA Activations and gave a detailed explanation of what I label a new drama about the earth and ascension and if this service was not performed indigos would not ascend.

If you have read my other blog entry, you understand where I stand with this whole state of affairs.  If you have not read the entry you can do so here. So I answered this person via email and sent a warning about teachers intentions and what emotions their message is meant to evoke and to see past it and then make a decision if the service it is right for you.  The message was generic to all teachers not the just one he was referring to in his message.  I sat at my computer and just shook my head at what felt like stress in my body reading the new story and the impending doom of not having a Golden DNA Activation.  I sat in my chair shaking my head, feeling all the emotions stir from the prior years of being on this path and the sense of urgency and the activation of my sympathetic nervous system.  Having a different perspective NOW, I decided this was someone's personality drama and was not joyous for me and the message seemed ridiculous to me now whereas years ago I would have begged, borrowed and stole to get the money to have the clearing just to assure my growth, my worthiness, my ascension.  An anger rose in me as I sat in my chair, how I fell for story, the play on a groups motivations, all in the name of service and growth. I let the emotion disapate and moved on with my day glad to be free from the belief of these stories.  I even went so far as to seriously decided to shut down the Frequency Awareness website as I did not desire to fuel that drama.

This took place a few days after my enlightenment with my ascended mentor.  Later in the day, a conversation took place and she and an arch angel made it abundantly clear that the clearings offered on Frequency Awareness are necessary to clear the static that blocks communication from the Golden Self, the Arch Angel Realm as well as the Ascended Master Realm.  I was told that the GIO Ground It Out Kit was gifted to David and I in an effort to clear the static from humanity so people could here these realms and themselves.  The Quantum Energy Clearings are to used for this purpose and they have validity.  So as a result, I am continuing to offer the QEC and will keep Frequency Awareness website up and running for as long as is appropriate. That night after getting this message from my mentor, I connected to Babaji and asked him about the Golden DNA Activation and if what was emailed to me was true.  I got a yes on the two items in the message.  I asked Babaji if he along with my Golden Self would give me a Golden DNA Activation and I got a yes, I asked for it to be done and instantly the activation began.  My life has once again shifted as it always had with the DNA activations and I thank my team and Babaji for their service and grace.

Throughout history there have been many misconceptions about the ego. Many teachings on the path to peace offer that you must control or destroy the ego. This is not so. The ego is neither good nor bad aspect of your being. It is simply the active part that responds to your surroundings to protect the view that you have created for yourself.

Your ego is not something you wrestle or fight. It is not something to be destroyed in order to find contentment and peace. The ego is simply something to understand.

The ego’s purpose is to give you a specific experience in the universe. An issue for millions of people is misunderstanding that they are controlled by their ego. This is simply not the case. What is controlling you is the false belief that you are not in control. IN fact, this misunderstanding is responsible for the continual suffering in many people’s lives under your direction. The ego will attempt to confirm whatever and whoever you declare yourself to be from I AM depressed and in debt to I AM happy and free.

Ego will go to any length to accomplish its goal of self-validation and it will fight for any belief you have about yourself. Its job is to simply to produce the experience of the self defining statements (I AM) you have made that will result in a desired peaceful state of mind.

The only time the ego has trouble is when the overwhelming nature of the truth at hand prevents the ego from accomplishing its job. The ego then kicks into high gear in an all out effort to repair the conflict. The ultimate resolution if the disharmony is that you either find a way to completely avoid what is being presented to you or your submit to the new truth and change the belief that is in direct conflict. This process of looking at life and shaping it the way that best suits you regardless of the truth is what millions do every day.

My beloved husband and I, who never go out on New Year's Eve, decided this year would be different and in light of my new focus on joy, I decided to join him in a Kirtan that ran from 9pm to beyond midnight.  Kirtan is the chanting to the divine using sanskrit which is an ancient language which carries very high frequencies.  We were sharing energy with Grandfather Martin from the Hoppi and it was an honor to share space with him as he could have chosen to be anywhere that night.

At one point the room had to of had over 100 people in attendance chanting in unison to the divine.  To be bathed in the joyous energy of unison was something I truly desire every one to experience.  The joy of being in the moment and letting go of thoughts of "Am I in key?", "people will think....." and so on.  A true experience of letting the personality fall away and allow the true aspect of self to come to the surface.  Allowing the body to move to the energies of the chants that are produced in the body and then reverberated by the other people in the room was intoxicating. 

A smile on just about everyone's face was abound in the room, one chant after the other for three hours and then the new year come to be and cries of joy and laughter, hugs and kisses were shared by all.  It was truly the best New Year's Eve party I have ever attended and was so glad to have taken part.

I learned that no one really gives a hoot about what the other people are doing much less me and how freeing that is.  The diversity of the golden age is here anchored in the life experience where everyone can be themselves and still be respected!

We are going to take a look at the various systems of the brain and look at balanced function and what behaviors are present and stressed functions and what behaviors are produced. I presented the following in a relaxation event help in Sedona Arizona last year and it was a huge hit with those who came!

Many of my clients identify themselves with not only their thoughts but also their behaviors. They come to my office with some beliefs like I am a bad person because I am angry all the time. There is something wrong with me because I cannot stop pulling my hair. Are these people bad because of their behavior? Is the outward behavior a direct reflection of who they really are? Society judges its members based on behavior so the answer may be yes to some folks. But I ask, Is it really true?

I say NO it is not true, further I believe it is important for everyone to remember that they are not their thoughts or their behaviors. Thoughts and behaviors are energy forms. When the brain physiology is out of balance due to trauma, physical or emotional, the energetic imprinting is stored in the brain and thereby contributes to the make up of our personality. I see it all the time in my practice, when the brain physiology is balanced, the behaviors change. A compulsive hair puller is transformed after several quantum biofeedback sessions focused on balancing the brain systems and neutralizing the emotional entanglements that caused the energetic imprinting in the first place. The transformation is remarkable and the best part, the client truly embodies the truth that they are NOT their behaviors or the thoughts that go with them.

There is much information out there regarding the side effects of ascension, however this entry is a tie in to the effects on the Auric Field.  This topic is just too important to rely on the information out there!  SO let us get to it!

The ascension has symptoms and how you choose to deal with them has consequences.  The symptoms can become either growing pains that lead to great new horizons or stagnation that can lead to a downward spiral.  Please know that at this time you cannot sit on the fence and ignore it; one of the two will occur.

The acension energies are global and are encountered through auric induction.  The aura must be understood and maintained in order to shift into the crystalline.  The higher frequential energies of the new Earth require a larger crysto-electric field (CEF).  If you do not make a concerted effort, the greator resonance will create fissure cracks in the field and you will have energy bleed.  Energy bleeds create short circuitry and leads to greater malfunction, including potential symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic sleep disorder and apathy.  These can be avoided, but the mechanics must be recognized and monitored.  If the energetic loss is not recognized or reconciled, it can lead to chronic polarity reversal, emotional lows, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia, migraines, weight gain, and panic attacks just to name of few!
