All quantum biofeedback services require a Consent to Training Form to be completed before a scheduled session.  Frequency Awareness has made this process simple for everyone, before you pay for your Quantum Biofeedback session, the form will show up!  Please read it in its entirety as it explains what Quantum Biofeedback is and what it is not.  The form also clearly outlines what Frequency Awareness can and cannot do.  This form although lengthy is necessary to ensure there is no misunderstandings of what the services will entail and do for you. It is also required as part of our certification as Biofeedback Specialist through the Natural Certification Board.
