Frequency Awareness does not refund for any services that have been paid for in full. Frequency Awareness will honor a transfer of the service to another person. Clients must inform us via email of the name and contact information of the person whom they are transfering the service to.
Frequency Awareness does not refund purchases for the Pure Vibration Frequency CD product line but will replace defective CD′s upon receipt of the defective CD(s).
Frequency Awareness does not refund purchases for customized and programmed crystals as each is unique to the clients order.
Frequency Awareness does not refund purchases for the Tesla Purple Energy Plates or pendants as they are inspected before shipping of any defects and are packaged carefully to avoid damage.
