- Rays - Frequencies of light and consciousness that reflect the qualities of Bod, that govern the evolution of all parts of Creation (see cosmic rays, rays of attribute, rays of aspect).

- Red - The spiritual meaning of the color red is "life." Red is the dynamic energy associated many times with the thrusting into new/unknown areas: your association with the mail polarity, whether you are in a male or female body, your association with the evolutionary process, and, for many, with the evolving Source. The color red is also associated with the first/base chakra, the first ray, the planet Mars, and the astrological sign Aries.
- Reiki - A healing modality based on a certain training and initiation process that is quite popular in the world today. This is an energy healing technique dealing with laying on of the hands.
- Reincarnation - The process of death and rebirth that humanity is currently experiencing, allowing souls to continually be born into new physical vehicles to continue their learning process in physical embodiment. This process is partly a result of such short lifespans - a measure set forth at the beginning of this creation to allow souls to have more time to reflect on the inner planes about the lessons of physical life before incarnating again.
- Reincarnational Cycle - The cycle a soul extension goes through by continually returning to Earth to experience new physical embodiments to further the evolution of the soul.
- Rejection - A feeling caused by a belief in judgement rather than spiritual observation. One feels rejected by forming a dependent relationship with another person which allows your centeredness and wholeness to be in the hands of another through faulty thinking.
- Reprogramming - The process of changing the thought and emotional stucture of the conscious and subconscious mind!

- Rogers, Carl - One of the most well known Humanistic psychologists. Known for his teachings on active listening and unconditional positive regard.
- Ruler - One of the 12 major archetypes that must be balanced in the process of clearing the negative ego; characterized by being an aristocrat, emperor/empress, judge, prince/princess, queen/king, or superior.
