WOW! What a great, comprehensive article on food stressors. Thank you for all of that fabulous information. I have just recently realized how the food I am eating has been affecting my energy levels and sleep habits. I thought it was all from the stress in my every day life. Now, I've learned how much more diet contributes to it all. When I'm eating a healthier diet of fruit and vegetables more, than I have no problems sleeping and feeling refreshed in the mornings, whereas when I'm having cookies with tea at night or chocolate, it really sends my mind into a more depressive state later (though it tastes good while I'm eating it), and it takes me a few days to get that yukky depressed feeling out of my system again.

What you write really makes alot of sense and thanks for the wealth of information you provided. I'm so happy to have found your website! and look forward to receiving your newsletters in the future. - Kay
