I just got back from New York today, it was a nice weekend. Thanks for the session Thursday night, I have to say that a feeling of balance and clam has been more present in me and not just because I got away for the weekend. Traveling with the kids can be stressful but when things got hairy I was able to stay calm and not get angry, stern but not angry - a big difference between the two for sure. It was funny that night because being the night before going away I am usually uppity trying to get ready but instead I had the session and had a relaxed night, I am glad I did that then. One thing I have noticed is that I have felt the need for a mid day nap, usually within the first week of having the session, sometimes I am able to do it and sometimes not but it is a strong feeling that is hard to ignore. I have never been one to nap usually either. On another note I have pretty much broken free of coffee. I still have a cup of decaf now and then or tea - herbal or black, but I feel the caffeine from tea is different and I know the body assimilates it differently so I hope that is ok.
Thanks for reminding me to journal, I will bring a pad and pen to bed with me so I can write, even in the dark, just so I remember things better. More Testimonials
