Frequency Awareness Newsletter Article12 Main MeridiansPart TwoThe tubular meridian system appears to be divided into superficial and deep systems; these flow around and through the body on all levels. The body has twelve pairs of main meridians that flow each side of the body as well as two specific meridians known as vessels. We discussed this in last months newsletter Governing and Conceptual Meridians. The twelve regular meridians correspond to each of the five yin and six yang organs. Together these constitute the body's energy system, which works to maintain the health of the whole organism. There are also many finer smaller net-like meridians called luo meridians. These meridians are pathways through which the energy of the universe circulates throughout the body organs and keeps the body and the universe in harmony. Illness or pain occurs when the pathway becomes blocked or weakened, disrupting the energy flow and breaking the bod's overall harmony and balance.
Gall-bladder Meridian Begins at the outer edge of the eye and finishes at the other end of the fourth toe. It has a descending pathway (yang). As it circulates around the ear, it therefore directly relates to the ear. The gall-bladder meridian penetrates the lung, liver, gall-bladder, spleen, large intenstine and hip area. Meridian disorders include problems with the lungs, liver, gall-bladder, spleen, large intenstine and hip area. Liver MeridianStarts ar the outside of the bog toe and endsjust above the bottom of the ribcage either side of the sternum. It has an ascending pathway (yin). It has an internal branch which runs through the throat and affects the thyroid. Meridian disorders include liver problems, eye pain, obstructions in the throat; chest tightness; lung conditions, tightness in the solar plexus area. Kidney MeridianBegins at the ball of the foot and ends where the collarbone and breastbone meet. The kidney meridian also penetrates the uterus/prostate in the body and according to Chinese medicine the kidneys store the Jing, a vital essence involved in reproduction. It has an ascending pathway yin. Meridian disorders include uterus/prostate disorders, bladder weakness, digestive problems in the small intestines or colon, solar plexus and diaphragm problems, breast problems, lumps in the breast on the inner side, asthma, lung conditions and kidney pain. Large Intestine Meridian Begins on the face by the outer edge of the nostril and ends on the inner edge of the index finger. It has an ascending pathway yin. Problems associated with this meridian are herpes, cold sores, colic, toxins, constipation or diarrhia. Lung Meridian
Begins just below the coracoid process on the shoulder and ends on the inner end of the thumb. It has an ascending pathway yin. The lungs regulate respiration and are therefore responsible for the chi of the entire body. Imbalance in this meridian will result in all kinds of chest and skin problems; also asthma. Stomach Meridian Begins below the eye at the inner edge of the orbit and finishes at the outer end of the second toe. It has a descending pathway yang. It affects the sinuses, throat, lungs, diaphragm, spleen, liver, gall bladder, stomach, pancreas, duodenum, adrenal glands, kidneys, large intestines, small intestines, and pelvic region; also the appetite and digestion. If the stomach is out of balance, whatever is taken in, be it physical or psychic food, will not utilized correctly, energy depletion, lethargy, weakness and debilitation are the results. Spleen Meridian
Begins at the inner edge of the big toe and ends at the side of the chest just below nipple level. It has an ascending pathway yin and effects the spleen and pancreas. It is the crucial link in the process by which food is transformed into chi ad blood. Emotional problems are also related to this meridian, for example, depression, PMT, irritability and concentration problems. Heart Meridian
Begins at the forward edge of the armpit and ends on the inner edge of the little finger. It has a descending pathway yang. The heart and small intestine meridians are coupled. The heart meridian gets its chi from the spleen meridian and in turn passes it to the small intenstine meridian. If the heart meridian is strong and healthy, the emotions will be balanced. Imbalances in this meridian will affect the skin and cause weak wrists, angina, and palpitations. Small Intestine Meridian
Begins at the outer end of the little fingertip and ends at the start of the upper edge of the ear in a small hollow of the cheek. It has a descending pathway yang. Meridian disorders are any heart condition; abdominal distention; headaches; poor circulation in the legs; indigestion; constipation; feeling cold and weakness in the legs. Circulation-Sex Meridian (Pericardium, heart protector)Begins at the outer edge of the nipple and finishes at the inside of the middle finger. It has an ascending pathway yin. Meridian disorders include hot flushes and rapid heartbeat; heart pain; endocrine-related problems. Triple Warmer MeridianBegins at the outside end of the ring finger (third) and ends at the outer edge of the eyebrow. It has a descending pathway yang. Meridian disorders include ear problems - loss of hearing and earache; spontaneous perspiration for no reason; mental confusion; weakness; lack of energy. The meridians when view clairvoyantly, resemble a holographic energy template that connects the physical body with the first layer of the Aura. The physical body cannot exist without an aura and the first layer of the aura, the etheric, is the blueprint by which the physical body was manifested. Damage to the blue print will result in trauma and disease on the physical body usually very quickly. In Quantum Biofeedback session we use electroacupuncture to move blocked energy so the energy flows freely throughout the body. Frequency Awareness also clear the 12 main meridians in the Auric Clearing sessions. Those who have the Auric Clearing Programmed Crystal can use this information to GO AFTER areas they feel are out of balance. To learn how to do this in depth discover How To Use Programmed Crystals Intermediate training.
