I AM Nicole Lavoie, founder of Frequency Awareness. This website was created to offer profound life changing sessions, empowering education and training as well as products to help clients be sovereign in their quest for self mastery.
Prior to creating Frequency Awareness, I was a Human Resource professional for 15+ years. I had the pleasure of experiencing varied work environments in manufacturing, health care, financial and conflict resolution. I noticed a common denominator in all very different work environments, people for the most part were not happy with their life. They were stressed and spent most of their days complaining and wishing for their life to be different. I coached Vice Presidents, Managers, Supervisors and employees on how to cope with their environment and situations, issues would resurface and the process would start all over. It seemed to me that there had to be a better way, a more direct cause of these commonalities. I soon learned for myself that there was!
My awakening began in late 2004 when my husband and I received our Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2 trainings. Both of us were very analytical and had never been exposed to metaphysical concepts. We had no idea what Chakras were but we loved the energy and we both knew we were on to something! We were hungry to learn more and began studying Feng Shui and absorbed the concepts of energy flow. By this time in my life, I was burnt out and not enjoying life at all professionally or personally. I was of the belief that my life was the way it was and it could not change so I just needed to SUCK IT UP! I was caught in a misery loop and I continued to look to the outside to make me feel better, movies, food, alcohol, promotions at work etc. The interesting thing is that it didn’t make me FEEL better in fact I felt worse.
In 2005 I was on the web at work searching for something not related to DNA Activation. I knew deep down inside that there was more to life than what I was doing and I was tired of being sick and tired. I signed up for the clearings and activations and during that time I was exposed to many new ideas and concepts that were challenging once I began my journey. I began to study the basic human energetic anatomy and how energetic blockages and seals affected the human body’s frequency and DNA. I had never been exposed to such information and it took me a long time to fully integrate the information and its meaning. My life changed in dramatic ways, I left the corporate world, I received training on how to perform the clearing and activations and started Frequency Awareness with the intent of helping people take back their personal power, reduce stress, become their full potential self and begin enjoying a fulfilling joyful life.
